Vodacom Tanzania is looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and qualified individual to join our Arusha Regional team as a Cluster Sales Supervisor

Minimum Qualifications:
✅ Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
✅ Strong understanding of sales, customer service, and distribution management
✅ Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and quick to learn

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Achieve sales and revenue targets through distributors, dealers, and partners
🔹 Execute sales and distribution activities in the territory
🔹 Ensure constant availability of Vodacom products
🔹 Distribute branding and promotional materials to enhance visibility and loyalty
🔹 Identify trade promotion needs and advise the line manager
🔹 Support and implement promotional activities in the field
🔹 Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable insights
🔹 Build strong relationships and provide support to distribution partners
