For the 2025/2026 academic year at Ruaha Catholic University (RUCU), the orientation and registration schedule is as follows:

first-year students are to report on November 1-2, 2025, followed by an orientation and registration week from November 3-9, 2025.

Continuing students should report on November 6-9, 2025, with the official start of classes for all students on November 10, 2025. 

First-Year Students
Reporting: November 1-2, 2025.
Orientation and Registration Week: November 3-9, 2025. This includes orientation sessions, registration, campus tours, and introductions to campus services.

Continuing Students
Reporting and Registration: November 6-9, 2025. Continuing students should report back to campus and complete their registration procedures during this period.

Academic Activities
Official Start of Classes: November 10, 2025. This is the official start of the academic year for all students.
