Position Title and Work station: Assistant Graphic Design – The School of St Jude, Sisia Campus, Moshono, Arusha, Tanzania (1 Vacancy, Bachelor Degree or college course in graphic design and multimedia)

What you’ll do
Implement the school’s brand style guide: Ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Create visual concepts and designs: Develop engaging materials for various platforms.
Produce high-quality graphic content: Use design software for print and digital graphics.
Ensure timely response to creative requests: Prioritize and deliver designs promptly.
Collaborate with teams to meet objectives: Work closely to support goals and projects.
Improve effectiveness of marketing through design: Understand the impact of layout on conversion and key metrics of digital marketing
What we’re looking for
A certificate, diploma or degree in Graphic Design or relevant design field.
This is an entry-level position, and applicants with limited experience or those fresh from university are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, MS Office.
Experience working within brand guidelines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Strong desire to learn, try new things, and problem-solve.
Some experience with CMS such as WordPress and email marketing systems such as BeePro or Mailchimp.
