Purpose of the Position
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating internal resources and third parties, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and client satisfaction.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams to deliver project objectives and outcomes.
• Monitor and track project progress using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and recommend improvements for future projects.
3. Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of ine year of proven experience in project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
