Project Growth Our client, a prominent consultancy firm specializing in organizational culture and leadership development, seeks a talented Motion Graphics Designer to support both internal and client projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite and have a proven track record of creating compelling digital and physical marketing materials. This role requires the creation of diverse assets such as booklets, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and presentation decks, all designed to communicate complex concepts in an accessible and visually engaging manner.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Creation: Develop a range of digital and physical assets, including PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, pitch decks, video storyboards, posters, and booklets that clearly convey the client’s messages and enhance their brand presence.
Adobe Suite Proficiency: Utilize the full range of Adobe Creative Suite software (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create high-quality designs that meet project specifications and deadlines.
Digital Design: Craft effective digital marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences, supporting the client’s strategic marketing objectives.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to understand requirements and deliver designs that are both visually appealing and aligned with business goals.
Design Adaptation: Adapt designs for multiple formats and platforms, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand experience across all media.
Presentation Skills: Ability and experience presenting your work, explaining rational, and selling through ideas to clients.

Project Success: You have successfully managed design projects from concept through completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Brand Enhancement: Through your creative efforts, the client’s brand is consistently presented in a polished and professional manner across all marketing materials.
Project Ownership: Willingness to own a project from concept to execution. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal outside assistance and be accountable to individual deadlines.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of proven work experience in graphic design, particularly in creating both digital and print marketing materials.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design.
Strong knowledge of graphic design, such as typography, hierarchy, color theory, layout principles, etc.
Experience in designing comprehensive PowerPoint presentations, booklets, posters, social posts, packaging, and other marketing collateral.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about design with the ability to translate complex information into visually compelling formats.
