Dear Tanzanian Youth,
We are excited to announce that nominations for the Tanzania Emerging Youth Awards (TEYA) 2025 are now open! TEYA celebrates young Tanzanians aged 15–35 who have delivered exceptional impact and innovation in their communities for three (3) or more years, whether professionally or voluntarily.
Eligibility
Tanzanian citizens (Mainland or Zanzibar)
Aged 15–35 years
Demonstrated impactful development work for 3+ years
Previous TEYA winners are not eligible
This year’s nominations focus on four thematic areas and has 30 interesting categories
Health & Wellness
Education & Governance
Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Environment & Sustainability
