The Ng’ara Graduate Program is a structured career development initiative that equips fresh graduates
with practical workplace experience, professional skills, and industry exposure within the banking sector.
Through hands-on rotations, mentorship, and targeted training, participants build the competencies
needed to launch successful careers in financial services.
Responsibilities
Undertake structured rotations across designated banking functions to build cross-functional knowledge
Complete assigned learning modules, assessments, and on-the-job training activities.
Work closely with assigned mentors and supervisors to develop professional competencies.
Contribute to team projects and assignments, applying academic knowledge to real business
challenges.
Uphold the bank’s policies, procedures, and code of conduct at all times.
Requirements
• Be a fresh graduate from a recognized higher learning institution.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance.
• Be passionate about building a career in the banking and financial services industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
