Capacity Building Youth Organization (CBYO) invites university students across Tanzania to participate in the CBYO Digital Innovation Challenge 2026, a national initiative aimed at empowering young innovators to develop technology-driven solutions that address real community challenges.
This challenge provides an opportunity for students to transform innovative ideas into practical digital solutions in areas such as Digital Education, Agriculture Technology (AgriTech), Financial Technology (FinTech), Health Technology (HealthTech), and Smart Community Solutions.
Participants are encouraged to apply modern technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Mobile and Web Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Cybersecurity to create impactful solutions.
This form is for Phase 1 – Idea Submission, where applicants will present their innovation concept for review. Selected teams will proceed to the next stages of the competition, including prototype development, mentorship, and final pitching to a panel of judges.
Winners will receive cash prizes, laptops, mentorship opportunities, project promotion, and potential internship or incubation opportunities.
