Position: CALL CENTER AGENT
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team. If you have great communication skills, love helping people and can thrive in a fast-paced environment this opportunity is for you.
Qualifications:
* Minimum: Diploma level in any discipline from recognized college or university
* Good communication skills in Swahili and English
* Excellent proficiency in computer Applications
* Available to work in Shift and Weekends if required
* Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
* Demonstrated integrity, strong work ethic and a proactive, positive attitude.
* Prior call centre experience will be an added advantage
* Must live in Arusha
