Position: Procurement Officer
Number of Positions: 4
Responsibilities:
– Plan and manage procurement processes for goods and services.
– Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers and vendors.
– Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
– Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
– Ensure timely delivery of goods and services required for company operations.
– Maintain proper documentation and compliance with procurement procedures.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or a related field.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
– Experience in procurement or supply chain management will be an added advantage.
